At times, life can feel fragmented, forcing us to compartmentalize our thoughts and emotions, suppress our needs, and move through the world on autopilot. Even the most resilient individuals can find themselves feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of how to make sense of what they are carrying. These experiences are more common than many realize, and they do not mean something is wrong with you. The good news is that there is a path toward greater wholeness, meaning, and fulfillment, and counseling can help illuminate and support that path forward.

I am passionate about helping clients gently explore and deconstruct limiting beliefs, internalized narratives, and patterns that may no longer be serving them. In doing so, we can work together to rebuild healthier, more balanced perspectives that foster growth, resilience, and a deeper sense of joy and self-understanding. My experience includes working with individuals navigating complex trauma, intimate partner violence, unresolved grief and loss, and relational challenges, all of which can significantly impact one’s sense of safety, trust, and connection. I also support clients through significant life transitions, recognizing that change, whether expected or unexpected, can bring both opportunity and uncertainty.

I take an integrative, holistic, and evidence-based approach to therapy, tailoring treatment to meet each client’s unique needs and goals. I believe that every person’s perspective is shaped by their lived experiences, relationships, and environment, which is why I prioritize building a strong, collaborative, and trusting therapeutic relationship. It is within this relationship that meaningful work can take place, at a pace that feels safe, respectful, and supportive.
