Whether you feel isolated and overwhelmed as a parent, or carry shame, fear, or emotional pain from past or present trauma, I consider it a privilege to walk alongside you as you begin your healing journey. Parenting can bring immense joy, but it can also feel exhausting, uncertain, and emotionally heavy at times. Likewise, trauma can leave lasting emotional imprints that affect how you see yourself, others, and the world around you. In either case, you do not have to navigate these experiences alone. Sometimes we need another person to act as a mirror, reflecting our experiences back to us, affirming our humanity, and reminding us that our pain is real, valid, and worthy of care. It is an honor when clients entrust me with their stories, and I am deeply committed to creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful progress toward your goals.

I have experience working with children, teens, families, and adults who are navigating a wide range of challenges, from everyday stressors to more complex concerns such as trauma, domestic violence, anxiety, and emotional dysregulation. These experiences often require a compassionate and steady therapeutic presence, along with practical tools to support healing and growth. To ensure accessibility and comfort, I am able to provide services in either English or Spanish, based on your preference.

Together, we will develop a realistic and personalized treatment plan tailored to your unique needs, strengths, and goals. Drawing from evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), I will support you in building healthy coping skills, increasing emotional awareness, and strengthening your ability to respond to life’s challenges with greater resilience. Over time, this process can help you move toward relief, stability, and a deeper sense of joy and connection in your life.
