Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about the next chapter of your life? Not knowing where your current path is leading can feel discouraging, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. I’m here to help you identify your direction and take meaningful, manageable steps toward growth and lasting change.

I have extensive experience supporting adults facing unexpected or challenging life circumstances, including divorce, career changes, and other major life transitions. These experiences often bring uncertainty, stress, and a sense of lost identity, but they can also open the door to new perspectives and personal growth. I also have a strong passion for working with current and former athletes, as well as fitness-minded individuals, who may struggle with identity shifts, loss of routine, motivation, or adjusting to life beyond sports and performance-based environments.

My approach is holistic and collaborative, grounded in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). When appropriate, I also integrate the benefits of physical activity and movement into the therapeutic process, recognizing the strong connection between mental and physical well-being.

I believe therapy should feel practical, relevant, and tailored to your unique needs. Whether you're working through a major transition, managing stress, or trying to reconnect with a sense of purpose, we’ll focus on strategies that you can apply in your daily life. I aim to meet you where you are, while also gently challenging unhelpful patterns and supporting meaningful, sustainable change over time.

In our sessions, you can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are explored with care and curiosity. Together, we’ll clarify your goals, build resilience, and develop practical tools to help you move forward with confidence, balance, and fulfillment.
