Growth and change can be challenging, sometimes even unbearable, and often bring feelings of loss, uncertainty, and grief. Even positive changes can feel overwhelming when they disrupt familiar routines, relationships, or identities. Whether you are learning to set boundaries for the first time, coping with declining health, grieving a significant loss, or facing the reality that a hoped-for relationship may never become what you envisioned, it is possible to meet life’s changes, both welcome and unwelcome, with resilience and hope. While these experiences can feel isolating, they are also deeply human, and they do not have to be navigated alone. With the right tools and support, growth can emerge even from life’s most difficult and painful seasons.
I have experience supporting clients through grief and loss, chronic illness, caregiver stress and burnout, and a wide range of mental health and life challenges. These experiences often affect not only emotional well-being, but also one’s sense of identity, connection, and purpose. At the core of my practice is helping clients strengthen their relationship with themselves and others, while developing greater emotional awareness, stability, and self-understanding.
In my work, I use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), which support clients in identifying unhelpful patterns, increasing present-moment awareness, and building more balanced ways of thinking and responding. I also place a strong emphasis on self-compassion as an essential part of the healing process.
Together, we will explore your values, clarify what matters most to you, and build the capacity to meet your needs in a more intentional way. Starting with a foundation of self-acceptance and self-compassion, you can begin a meaningful journey of healing, growth, and personal transformation that feels both grounded and sustainable.
