Practice Vision

About Stephanie Haraburda, Owner, LPC-Supervisor

Looking back, I can recall the many people, both personally and professionally, who helped shape me into the counselor I am today. There has always been a place in my heart for those who challenged me in ways I could never have imagined. Their influence continues to inspire me not only to envision a stronger mental health community, but to actively contribute to it in meaningful ways.

As the owner of ThinkSpot Therapy, my primary role is leading and supporting a team of dedicated clinicians while ensuring the practice provides accessible, high-quality care to the community. While my background as a therapist continues to inform my perspective, my focus today is on cultivating an environment where both clients and clinicians feel supported, empowered, and set up for meaningful growth.

At the heart of the practice is a commitment to client care; creating a space where individuals feel understood, supported, and equipped to navigate their lives with greater clarity and resilience. I believe deeply in the value of helping clients “become their own counselor,” building the insight and confidence needed to sustain long-term change.

Equally important to me is fostering a strong, collaborative culture among clinicians. I am passionate about supporting therapists through mentorship, education, and opportunities for professional development. Over time, I have seen how essential it is to have spaces for peer support, interdisciplinary collaboration, and ongoing learning within the mental health field.

Through both client care and clinician support, my goal is to contribute to a more connected, compassionate, and effective mental health community. I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to lead this work and to be part of something that continues to grow and evolve.
