With the right support, however, it is possible to navigate these seasons with greater acceptance, clarity, and hope, while also building a stronger sense of resilience and self-trust over time.
I am passionate about helping clients work through a wide range of life challenges, including relationship concerns, stress (both acute and chronic), anxiety, depression, trauma, and feelings of shame, guilt, or self-doubt. These experiences can often feel isolating and overwhelming, but they are also deeply human responses to difficult circumstances. My work centers on you and your story, creating space to gently explore what is and isn’t serving you, while also helping you better understand what your experiences may be teaching you in this moment of your life.
Using evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I support clients in developing healthier coping strategies, identifying unhelpful thought patterns, and building new perspectives that support emotional balance and personal growth. Therapy offers a unique and meaningful opportunity to speak with someone outside of your everyday circle, someone who listens with intention, curiosity, and care, while also offering gentle challenge when old patterns no longer serve you.
