It takes courage to seek help from someone you may not have met before, especially when you are sharing personal thoughts, emotions, and life experiences that may feel vulnerable or difficult to express. My goal is to honor that courage by providing a safe, grounded, and trusting space where your feelings are heard, respected, and met without judgment. In this space, you do not have to have the “right words” or a clear plan, together, we can slow things down, make sense of what feels overwhelming, and gently uncover the patterns, messages, and unresolved experiences that may be shaping your present struggles. Over time, this process can support meaningful insight, healing, and lasting emotional growth.
My passion lies in helping individuals engage in self-discovery, personal growth, and empowerment as they move through different stages of life. I support clients in better understanding themselves, building self-compassion, and developing the confidence to make choices that align with their values and goals. I also work with couples who are seeking to strengthen communication, repair disconnection, and build healthier relational patterns, while rediscovering moments of joy, closeness, and understanding within their connection. In addition, I enjoy walking alongside older adults as they reflect on life experiences, process meaning from the past, and find peace, purpose, and fulfillment in the present moment.
In our work together, I draw on evidence-based and integrative approaches, including Psychodynamic Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Family Systems Therapy. These modalities allow us to explore both past and present influences on your emotional world, while also focusing on practical tools for change in your daily life. Through this process, we will work to clarify your values, deepen your self-understanding, and align your life more closely with what matters most to you, while also recognizing and celebrating each step of progress along the way, no matter how small it may seem.
